Active patriotism is very important for our country

At AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev, an online meeting with the winner of the project “100 new faces” Madina Ashilova was held. The meeting was organized by the Department of Social Disciplines and the Rukhani Zhangyru.

Madina Ashilova is the ideological inspirer and founder of the public association “Travel Club “Almaty Nomad”. She is the host of the Turan-TV channel. She worked her way up from the editor of the morning programs of the Khabar TV channel to the chief editor of the Almaty TV channel. She successfully combines her work as a journalist with teaching. Since 2011, Madina Ashilova has been working at the KazUIR & WL named after Abylai Khan, where he is actively engaged in scientific work. The subject of her research is education, media education and cultural heritage. She is the winner of the competition for young scientists and leads the research project of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Transformation of educational values in a globalizing and multicultural world." She has written over 200 scientific papers in total. However, Madina considers raising five children to be her main mission. The young woman manages to combine the duties of a hearth keeper and an active professional, scientific and social life. According to journalist and scientist Madina Ashilova, if you do what you love, you can achieve a lot ...

Madina Ashilova can rightfully be proud of what she reveals to her reader and viewer of the beauty of her native country. In 2018, the journalist became a laureate of the National Prize for an article about the Bozzhyra tract. She was one of the first to write about the unique Kubeituz Lake, which has become a popular tourist destination. She tries to take her students and her children with her on trips, so that through the prism of nature, culture, history, she can foster love for the environment in the younger generation.

The Doctor of Social Philosophy believes that being just a philosopher is not enough today. Therefore, practical philosophy for her is journalism. According to Madina, in this area it is possible to translate ideas into reality and convey moral values to a wide audience. "My goal is to instill in Kazakhstani people a love for nature and their native land." Another task of the winner of the project is to change the stereotypical ideas of foreigners about Kazakhstan, to open the tourist attraction of our country, which has unique natural attractions. These include the Konyr-Aulie cave in East Kazakhstan, where Russian tourists come to swim in the healing water of the unique lake. If we talk about Mangystau, then this is the edge of the Martian landscapes. Tourists always go to such mysterious places for impressions and emotions, and only then they begin to take an interest in the culture, traditions and history of the country. Most of Kazakhstanis do not even suspect about the beauty of their native country. “I like to get to know my country, share my impressions, tell compatriots about our natural and historical sights,” Madina said.

Today, her main dream and goal is to travel around the world by car in 2022, during which she plans to organize a mobile photo and video exhibition about Kazakhstan. Now Madina is actively filming videos about the most beautiful places in Kazakhstan and is going to translate them into 12 languages of the world in order to show them to students of major universities in the world. The main message of our programs is that the land is the main wealth that our ancestors left us, and we must pass it on to our descendants, Madina Ashilova notes.
