Acceptance of documents for admission to the Master’s and PhD programs has been extended until November 18

The deadline of acceptance of documents for admission to the Master’s and PhD programs has been extended until November 18 inclusive.

On November 1, the acceptance of documents for the second comprehensive testing for the admission to the Master’s and PhD programs was announced.

Now, taking into account appeals from Kazakhstanis, the deadline for submitting applications has been extended for another three days.

Earlier, the Minister of Education and Science Askhat Aimagambetov on his pages in social networks announced that admission to the Master’s and PhD programs will be held twice a year now: traditionally - in summer and additionally in winter.

“The ministry prioritizes the interests of students. That is why the minister decided to provide a second opportunity for admission. In case of successful passing of the tests, applicants will be able to win grants that were not awarded at the end of the summer admission, "said Vice Minister of Education and Science Kuanysh Yergaliyev.

Registration for participation in the second comprehensive testing for Master’s programs and entrance examinations for PhD programs takes place through the website of the National Testing Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan app.testcenter.kz. Comprehensive testing for Master’s programs and entrance examinations for PhD programs will be held from November 19 to December 11, 2021.

Documents for participation in the competition for the award of educational grants will be accepted until December 25, 2021. Enrollment in Master’s and PhD programs will take place from December 26, 2021 to January 10, 2022.
