Signing a memorandum with the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Makan Esbulatov

On December 15, 2021, a memorandum of mutual cooperation between the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev and the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after Makan Esbulatov was signed.

Esbulatov, Doctor of Political Sciences, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor (Associate Professor), Police Colonel Saytbekov Aydar Mutalikovich; Head of the Faculty of Professional Training, Candidate of Law, Police Colonel Eremeev Dmitry Vitalievich; Acting Head of the Department of Cybersecurity and Information Technologies, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Police Major Bekishev Askhat Kenzhebekovich; Head of the Center for Training Specialists in Combating Cybercrime, Police Lieutenant Colonel Baiseitov Bolat Temirbekovich.

“I congratulate you on Independence Day!'' said police colonel Aydar Mutalikovich Saitbekov. - And we are pleased to hear that space engineering is being studied at AUPET. The parties signed a memorandum of mutual cooperation, which implies joint work in the area of cybersecurity and information security.

The Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Makan Esbulatov is the leading republican state institution that provides training for internal affairs bodies under the programs of higher, postgraduate and additional education. Today, the Academy implements programs for the preparation of Bachelors of Law, Masters of Law and Doctors of PhD in Law Enforcement, as well as Bachelors of Engineering and Technology in the specialties of Information Systems and Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications.
