Results of IHPECS 2021

Dear faculty and university staff! The management of the Institute “Heat Power Engineering and Control Systems” wishes you a Happy New Year and thanks you for the fruitful joint work, for everything that you have done for the development of our institute and the university as a whole! For 2021, the Institute “Heat Power Engineering and Control Systems” has shown good results and we have something to be proud of. As part of the implementation of the concept of low-carbon development of Kazakhstan and decarbonization of the national economy, faculty of the departments "Thermal Power Plants" and "Engineering Ecology and Labor Safety" held a webinar on the topic "DECARBONIZATION: REAL STEPS OF THE SOLUTION". Our faculty took part in the preparation of the monograph "Decarbonization of the extractive industries in Kazakhstan", which was presented at the 26th UN conference on climate change. Receiving a grant from the Fund for Productive Innovative Development on the topic "Development and implementation of a customer-oriented integrated automated system for calculating and manufacturing transformers" is a great victory for us. The project was developed by Irbulat Turemuratovich Utepbergenov, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department “Automation and Control”. Our faculty were marked with high awards for high professionalism, conscientious work, and competence. The following honorary titles have been awarded: - "Enbegі sіnnіrgen energіgі" professor of the department of "Automation and Control", Zhusupbekov S.S.; - “Kurmetti Power Engineer.
