On the eve of national mourning in Kazakhstan, let me express all my sympathy to the people of Kazakhstan, to all my friends and those who love this delightful country, which has no equal in warmth of welcome, generosity of soul and hospitality.
Strong and courageous People, tolerant, able to sacrifice and maintain confidence in the future.
