Specialists of AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev, who are the members of the commission to investigate violations in the electric networks of JSC \"KEGOC\"

On January 25, a massive power outage occurred in the south of Kazakhstan, in the Republics of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. The Committee for Nuclear and Energy Supervision and Control of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan decided to establish a commission to investigate a technological violation. It happened on January 25, 2022 in the electric networks of JSC “KEGOC” with the division of the Unified Electric Power System of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the transit “North-East-South”. The following specialists of Non – profit JSC “AUPET” were included in the commission:

• Toktybakiev K. K. (Director of Science and Technical Centre “Smart Power Grid”),

• Umbetkulov Y.K. (Head of the Department “Electric Power System”),

• Bashkirov M.V. (Associate Professor of the Department “Power Supply and RES”).

The results of the commission's work will be presented to the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
