Mission Possible: Post-Shock Prevention
In order to prevent a post-shock state, special events are held among students at AUPET by the Youth Policy Department and the psychological assistance service. From February 1 to February 4, the training “How to live with stress and find a foothold” was held. Thanks to which curators-advisers were enlightened on the impact of stress on the learning process. This training was completed by 78 people.
“Some psychological traumas and post-shock conditions remained with someone after the January events. They can further lead to psychological disorders. Therefore, such training are needed to prevent unwanted things through curators-advisers. We tell them about the types and consequences of stress, as well as what are the symptoms of anxiety. You see, the post-shock state is very harmful to the young body. And in order to prevent this, we are holding these events,” said the psychologist Ardak Chukeyevna.
