Successful AUPET graduate Kaiyr Koshchigulov: you need to study more actively and take the initiative to keep up with trends

On February 9, 2022, the regular meeting of the Parasat club in an online format was held at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev. The topic was "Known graduates of AUPET". A successful graduate and director of customer experience digitalization at “BI Group” Kaiyr Koschigulov was a guest of the club. “I would like to give today's students the following message: if you make a start now, then after graduation you will be able to get a decent job offer. Take courses and participate in hackathons. Choose the right environment and smart mentors. After all, technology is changing the world very quickly. You have to learn more and take the initiative to keep up with the trends,” he told the students.

During the meeting, the issues of success of foreign and Kazakh companies were discussed. AUPET graduate Kaiyr Koshchigulov said that now entire sectors of the economy are moving to digital technologies, and this creates challenges in the field of HR. “I have ten IT projects. And it became very difficult to find the right shots. There is a very large deficit in the labor market. We need specialists to carry out digital processes,” he said.

Students asked questions to the guest. “Can we do an internship at your company? Will the internship be held under your guidance?” asked student Timur Yun. Kaiyr Koshchigulov confirmed the possibility of an internship at BI Group. He also promised to introduce students to good mentors who will help them in their work.

The head of the Ruhani Zhangyru project office and the head of the department of social disciplines Bolat Kabdushev noted the importance of this meeting. “We admire the performance of our dear guest. I am confident that his words will inspire students to study and reach new heights,” he said.
