The 110th anniversary of Dinmukhamed Kunaev has been celebrated at AUPET

On February 24, 2022, the 110th anniversary of the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan Dinmukhamed Kunaev was celebrated at the Almaty University of Energy and Communications named after Gumarbek Daukeev. Conference "Eli suigen, zheri suigen koshbasshy". Members of the student club "Ulagat" told the guests of the event the biography and achievements of this great man. “Kunaev laid the foundation, which later determined the image of independent Kazakhstan. During his reign, industrial-agrarian centers were established and a free-thinking intelligentsia was formed. He made an invaluable contribution to the history of our country,” said student Merey Berkynuly.

At the event, students presented musical and poetic numbers. The guests sang along to the choir, which sang the popular song  «Қара бауыр қасқалдақ»:

Қара бауыр қасқалдақ, қайда ұштың пыр-пырлап?
Сазың қалды сәбидің еңбегіндей былқылдап.
Қара бауыр қасқалдақ, кері қайт,
Сиреп қалған тоғайға «қамықпа» деп көңіл айт.

Ұя қалса иесіз - айдын үшін сол қайғы,
Қаңғып келген шүрегей көлге пана болмайды.

Өз босағаң - бұл жердің тауы, қыры, белесі,
Босағасын басқаға тастай ма екен, о, несі.
Қара бауыр қасқалдақ, кері қайт,
Сиреп қалған тоғайға «қамықпа» деп көңіл айт.
