The Rector of AUPET Saule Sagintayeva will take part in the summit-seminar \"Women in Energy in Central and Western Asia\"

On March 3, 2022, the Rector of the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev Saule Sagintayeva will take part in the  summit-seminar "Women in Energy in Central and Western Asia" . The event starts at 12:00 Almaty time.

This first  Summit   "Women in Energy" will formally launch the  Program  "Women in Energy"  in Central and West Asia, in line with the commitment made by regional energy ministers to achieve gender equality in the energy sector. The Program " Women in Energy"  is the first targeted initiative to promote women in the energy sector in Central and Western Asia. The goal is to make the principles of EQUALITY 2030 the operating conditions of the region's energy industry, making equal opportunity, equal pay and equal leadership the new standard by 2030.
