Rector Cup of AUPET in KVN 2022

On March 5, 2022, the Rector's KVN Cup was held at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev. Not only the AUPET team, but also teams from other universities of the city - Alatau SU (Satbayev University), Olympus (Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism), the team of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and many others took part in this game. Well-known artists and actors: Director of the Almaty branch of "Zhaidarman" Ondasyn Kulymbet, player of the ATU team Nurgali Magzhan, player of the "Ayaldama" team Birlik Boranbay, blogger Niyazbayev Esentai and deputy director of the youth policy department Kabi Elikbay were members of the jury.

After three days of editorial work, 11 teams took part in the game. They had the opportunity to show their skills on stage. The game was held at a higher level than expected, that is, at the level of the city league.

As a result of objective refereeing, the AUPET team became the winner. Members of the jury, teams from other universities and guests thanked the organizers for holding the Rector's Cup in KVN, and also expressed their readiness to support the next game at the university.
