AUPET team has performed perfectly in city table tennis competitions

The national team of AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev took part in the individual-team zonal stage of the “Student Sports League” in table tennis among the universities of Almaty. The competitions were held at the Sharik-Marik Tennis Club (62a/1 Navoi Street) on March 13, 2022 at 9:00 am. 19 teams took part in the competition. The total number of participants was 114 people.

For the team of AUPET named after G. Daukeev were:

Youths

1. Rakhmetov Shynbolat (ISk 20-2)

2. Temirbolat Amanzhol (RETk 20-1)

3. Mұnaipasov Abunasyr (CACk21-11)

girls

1. Bosunova Dilyara (ISk 20-5)

2. Nauryzbay Ayazhan (KREk 20-11)

3. Shantimisova Arina (RETk 20-6)

Team places were distributed according to the smallest amount of points scored individually. Team places were distributed as follows:

● Kaz. NU - 20 points

● Kaz. NRTU - 76 points

● MUIT - 94 points

● AUPET -161 points

Boys 9. AUPET - 82 points

Girls 10. AUPET - 79 points

The best players in the AUPET team were: Bosunova D. - 13th place, Mұnaipasov A. - 13th place.

These are the first performances of the AUPET team in city competitions over the past two years of the pandemic. We hope that our athletes will improve their results at the next competitions and the AUPET team will take higher places.
