Meeting with the psychiatrist of the \"Center of Mental Health\" Anna Trubnikova

A meeting with psychiatrist Anna Trubnikova from the  "Center of Mental Health"  was held at the  Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after  Gumarbek Daukeyev  on April 6, 2022.

- Dear students! Today we will talk about the dangers of drugs, nicotine and alcohol for human health. I have had difficult cases. For example, one eight-year-old child from a wealthy family became addicted to a hard drug, and only after the intervention of the local policeman did we manage to save him. And there are many such cases. Even cigarette addiction can lead to infertility and the birth of children with genetic defects. I myself never smoked or drank alcohol, as I was a leader, not a follower. You can not be like the crowd and listen to bad people who take and use bad substances. Always think of your mothers. I remember one drug addict in front of his mother - sorry for the expression - pissed in his pants because of incontinence. You should have seen her tears. Don't go down this path. Drugs are evil! - she said.

The meeting was held to promote a healthy lifestyle and inform students about the dangers of drugs, nicotine and alcohol.
