Mathematical Olympus 2022

According to a long-standing tradition, the Department of "Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling" annually holds an Olympiad in spring. It is held in higher mathematics among first and second year students of our university. "Mathematical Olympus-2022" was held on April 7, 2022 in offline mode at AUPET (B-218). 45 first year students took part in the Olympiad. All participants of the Olympiad were asked to solve 6 problems within two hours. Composition of the commission: professor Baisalova M.Zh. (Chairman), Associate Professor Masanova A.Zh., Senior Lecturer Toleuova B.Zh.

Summing up the written papers, the commission decided not to award the 1st place. The 2nd and 3rd place winners were:

II place Amanbaev Bereke, student of group SISk-21-6

III place Suleymenkulova Zharkynai, student of the group EESESk-21-1
