Students of AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev have visited the plant “Alina Group”

On April 15, 2022, students of AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev visited the dry building mixtures plant "Alina Group". This event was organized by the Career Center as part of the career guidance and educational program “Job trip”.

- "Alina Group" was founded by Yerlik Balfanbaev in 1989, - said HR Ambassador Vyacheslav Kim. - The industrial group as part of the holding is engaged in the extraction, processing of raw materials and the sale of building materials in Kazakhstan, Russia and Central Asian countries. In Central Asia, “Alina Group” occupies 57% of the market.

Vyacheslav Kim spoke about the paid internship program. “The internship lasts one month, it is possible to combine it with studies. Two trainees work in each department. Two mentors - the head of the department, and the second - this is me, are assigned to each of them. And if a  trainee  experiences difficulties in work, then we give feedback and the opportunity to undergo training,” he said. “Don't leave your CV empty, add your achievements in studies, sports and volunteering. HR managers love not only excellent students, but also socially active guys,” he added.

After meeting with Vyacheslav Kim, the students visited the workshops of the plant, where they were shown the entire production cycle, even the transportation process. “In general, we produce several tons of building mixtures per hour. In addition to vehicles, we have transportation by rail. We have 1500 vehicles. Given all this, our employees strictly observe safety precautions. The constant movement of materials and transport requires attention. You can’t relax and assume that work is your home. Because of this attitude to work, accidents and unpleasant incidents with human health happen,” said warehouse manager Aidyn Raizhanov.

At the end, representatives of AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev and students thanked “Alina Group” for the excellent tour.
