AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev plans to join the project of the Almaty Akimat “Unified Communication Space”

On May 5, 2022, negotiations between the  administration of  AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeev and the head of the project from the Akimat of Almaty “Unified Communication Space” Zhenysov Erasyl were held. “This platform was created for representatives of the Almaty IT community. It will bring together all educational institutions, technology parks, accelerators, incubators and companies, and will also provide direct communication opportunities. Many universities of the city have joined us. We hope that AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev will show interest in the project,” he said.

This proposal caused a heated discussion among the participants. “We are happy to support the akimat's project! I would like to draw your attention to schools, as high school students and their parents might be interested in the platform, and in this way we could promote the brand of our university. We hope that our meeting will be the beginning of cooperation,” said Vice-Rector for Academic Activities Sergey Konshin.

At the end of the meeting, Zhenysov Yerasyl thanked the leadership of AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev for the meeting, expressing the hope that the university would make a significant contribution to the development of the “Unified Communication Space” project.
