The competition for studying abroad under the academic mobility program at the expense of the budget of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Department “International Cooperation and Academic Mobility” (office A 411) invites 1st and 2nd year students of Bachelor’s programs (2-3 year of the future 2022-2023 academic year) to take part in the competition for studying abroad under the academic mobility program at the expense of the budget of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Requirements for applicants:

• High academic performance
• High level of English (not lower than B2).

Conditions:

A student who has passed the competitive selection from the funds of the republican budget is paid:

• Round-trip flight in economy class
• Stay in a student dormitory
• Visa
• Medical insurance

Meals, other household and transportation expenses at the expense of students’ personal funds.

Applicants submit the following documents to the Department of International Cooperation and Academic Mobility:

• Copy of the passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• A transcript of current performance certified by the seal of the university
• A document confirming the level of English proficiency
• The written consent of the parents, guardians, legal representatives of the applicant for traveling abroad, in case he does not reach the age of 18 at the time of leaving Kazakhstan
• A document on the composition of the family, to confirm the large families of the student;
• A document confirming the student’s absence of parents (for the category of students belonging to orphans or students left without parental care)
• Document confirming student disability.

When selecting applicants for study abroad, the advantage is had by:

-orphans and children left without parental care;

-people with disabilities from childhood and children with disabilities who, according to the medical certificate, are not contraindicated in training in relevant foreign educational organizations, who have submitted a medical certificate (for traveling abroad) in the form No. 082 / u, approved by order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23 2010 No. 907 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 6697);

-children from large families;

-applicants having an invitation from foreign universities.
