For the information of applicants for doctoral studies of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicants for the international program "Bolashak"
Since this year, in accordance with the protocol instructions of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aimagambetov A.K. dated May 3, 2022, certification testing " KAZTEST" is mandatory for doctoral applicants.

In this regard, we recommend that before the start of the deadline for accepting documents for doctoral studies, pass certification testing at five levels (A1-C1) in all cities of the republic. The goal is to confirm the level of knowledge of the Kazakh language according to the system "KAZTEST" .

Applications for participation in certification testing for level B1 (Intermediate) are accepted from applicants for the program " Bolashak", candidates for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, entering the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other interested individuals.
