Provision of places in hostels of Non-profit JSC \"AUPET\" named after Gumarbek Daukeyev for the 2022-2023 academic year

Check-in at the university hostels will begin on August 25, 2022.

The deadlines for submitting an application to the University portal are from August 15 to 22.

  1. Go to the portal  https://portal.aues.kz and log in.
  2. Go to the "Electronic Dean's Office".
  3. Go to the menu  "Application for hostel" .

The end date for settling into the hostel is September 23.

  1. Applicants and beneficiaries are settled in the period from 25 to 29 August;
  2. 2 course are settled in the period from August 30 to September 02;
  3. 3 course are settled in the period from 03 to 06 September;
  4. 4 course are settled in the period from 07 to 09 September.

1. Who can live in AUPET hostels?

Students studying on a state educational order or on a full-time basis and who came from remote regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as citizens of foreign states, have the right to live in university hostels.

2. Who has an advantage when settling in?

First of all, the following categories of students are provided with places in the hostel:

  1.  persons left without parental care at the time of reaching the age of majority;
  2. persons with disabilities from among disabled people of groups I and II, children with disabilities, or in the presence of parents - disabled people of groups I and II (both or one);
  3. persons from among the rural youth who entered the specialties that determine the socio-economic development of the village;
  4. students studying on a state educational order or on a full-time basis and who have come from remote regions of the Republic;
  5. applicants and students from large families with 3 or more children under the age of 18, in addition to the student, who is not more than 21 years old during the period of study.

3. What categories of students have benefits?

Applicants and students from among orphans, children with special educational needs and children left without parental care and under guardianship (guardianship) live in the hostel free of charge

Note: Applicants and students eligible for benefits (paragraphs 2 and 3) are required to additionally submit scans of the following documents:

  1. certificate of disability of the parents or one of the family members;
  2. death certificate of parents;
  3. your birth certificate and the birth certificates of your younger siblings;
  4. other documents confirming the provision of benefits.

4. What documents do I need to submit to check into the hostel?

The following documents must be submitted:

  1. identity card (copies - 3 pieces);
  2. applicants and students over 18 years of age revaccination passport (in case of contraindications to vaccination, you must provide a certificate of the Medical Advisory Commission, form No. 026 or No. 027);
  3. photos 3\\4 - 3 pieces;
  4. medical certificate No. 075-U (copy or in electronic form)
  5. fluorography;
  6. polymerase chain reaction - test (not less than 72 hours) for COVID-19 (for students under 18 years of age and for those who have contraindications for vaccination).

5. What is the procedure for providing places in a hostel?

The basis for providing places in the hostel is an application (of the established form addressed to the rector).

The application is submitted:

• to the website of the University or to the Admissions Committee;

(in case of applying in electronic form, all required documents are attached in scanned form)

• all applicants and students who have submitted applications are notified by placing an order on the official social pages of the university about the decision made by the commission.

• notice of refusal or satisfaction of the application submitted by applicants is provided no later than 2 working days.

• Lease agreements are signed with applicants and students whose applications have been approved by the commission for allocation of places in AUPET hostels.

• after signing the Agreement and making the first payment (at least for 1 month of residence), the applicant has the right to move into the hostel.

6. Payment of the security deposit

According to clause 3.6 of the Residential Rental Agreement, the Tenant (student), together with the first payment, pays the Landlord (AUPET) an insurance deposit in the amount of 20,000 tenge, which will cover possible damage caused to the hostel through the fault of the Tenant.

Clause 3.7 of the Rental Agreement states that, at the request of the resident, the amount of the deposit can be accepted as payment for the last month of living in the hostel.

In the event of a discrepancy between the amount of the deposit and the cost of living, the tenant pays the missing amount of money or, in accordance with paragraph 3.7, the accounting department of the University refunds the deposit at the end of the academic year.

7. The procedure for returning the security deposit

The employer (student) writes an application in any form addressed to the Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work Makhmutov S.K. at the directorate of his institute. The accounting department of the University refunds the deposit at the end of the academic year.

The list of documents that must be specified and attached to the application;

•FULL NAME.

• Your Individual Identification Number

• number of bank account.

• Copies of payment documents for accommodation in a hostel (checks).
