Entrance examination for admission to PhD studies

Dear applicants for PhD studies!

From July 5 to August 3, 2022, applications for the entrance exam for admission to PhD studies will be accepted through the website app.testcenter.kz .

Entrance exams will be held from 4 to 20 August 2022.

When registering, you choose the PLACE (city) of testing yourself.

Entrance exam for admission to PhD studies

We provide CHEK-LIST for PhD studies -2022:

1. If after registration it is necessary to make changes to the city / language of passing the test and the group of educational programs, you are given the opportunity to edit or delete the application until August 3 (the day the base is closed).
2. After the application base is closed, the selected group of educational programs is not subject to change.
3. From the current year, applicants must provide a certificate confirming the knowledge of the state language according to the  system KAZTEST.
4. Applicants have to provide a certificate confirming knowledge of a foreign language (holders of TOEFL ITP certificate  pass additional testing for knowledge of English before the entrance exam to PhD studies).
5. Prior to submitting an application for a competition for the award of an educational grant, an applicant must not have the status of "student" in the National Education Database (NEDB). In PhD studies, individuals who have a “MASTER” degree and work experience of at least 9 (nine) months or who have completed residency training in medical specialties are accepted only.
6. The passing score for admission to PhD studies on a state educational order and on a paid basis is 75 points.
7. The certificate of the entrance examination held between August 4 and 20 is valid until December 1 of the calendar year.
 

The cost of the entrance exam is 15 804 tenge.
