The Graduation Ceremony of AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev 2022

On July 8 and 9, 2022, a solemn presentation of diplomas to graduates was held at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev. “Dear Graduates of 2022! Today is a big holiday for our university - the presentation of diplomas. (...) Firmly carry this baton to a brighter future! Realize all your dreams, go for it! I believe that you can use all the knowledge, skills and abilities gained at the university for the benefit of our country,”  the Rector Saule Sagintayeva said in her video message.

Vice-rectors, directors of institutes, heads of departments, as well as guests of honor and partners of the university made congratulations. After that, the Graduation Ceremony began. “I am grateful to the lecturers for their excellent knowledge! At the university, I was able to fully decide on a professional vocation. AUPET is the first power engineering and one of the best technical universities in Kazakhstan, and I was convinced of this every time during my studies. An excellent technical and laboratory base is deployed here. How strong are student clubs, thanks to which you open up intellectually and creatively! Feel free to enter AUPET!” one of the graduates shared his impressions.

In 2022, 1,200 students have received bachelor's and master's degrees. Our graduates have already accepted an invitation to join the ranks of highly qualified specialists in such leading companies as "Alatau Zharyk Kompaniyasy", "Samruk-Energy', "KEGOC', "KazMunayGas", "Schneider Electric", "Kazakhtelecom" and many other enterprises and industry leaders. The percentage of employment of AUPET graduates is consistently 95%.
