WE CONGRATULATE KURMANBAYEVA TOLGANAI SAGYNOVNA ON THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY!

On July 28, Senior Lecturer of the Department for Language Studies Kurmanbayeva Tolganay Sagynovna celebrates her 50th birthday.

Kurmanbayeva T.S. began her career in 1995 at the Almaty Institute of Power Engineering and Telecommunications at the Faculty of Pre-University Training. Then she worked at the Department “Electric Drive and Automation of Industrial Installations”, then in the Financial and Administrative and Educational and Methodological Departments of the University. Currently, Tolganai Sagynovna holds the position of senior lecturer at the Department for Language Studies.

Tolganai Sagynovna conducts research work. She takes an active part in scientific, republican and international conferences, seminars, where more than 20 publications were published in various scientific publications, including foreign ones.

Kurmanbayeva T.S. passed a scientific internship at the National University of Lodz, at the Institute of Philology (Poland). Her professional interests are in the terminology of the sublanguage of the electric power industry.

Tolganai Sagynovna is the author of a number of methodological developments and instructions for the disciplines "Russian language", "Professional Russian language". She regularly attends refresher courses. At the same time, Tolganai Sagynovna actively participates in organizing and conducting educational activities of the department and the university. She is a member of the AUPET trade union organization.

Tolganai Sagynovna has been working at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev for 27 years.
