Competition of the Association “KAZENERGY” for the selection of tuition fees

Every year, within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation signed on September 29, 2015 between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, LLP “PSA”, “NORTH CASPIAN OPERATING COMPANY”, “KPOVB” and the Association “KAZENERGY” select candidates for tuition fees at the expense of funds allocated under the projects “North Caspian” and “Karachaganak”.

The competition for the selection of candidates for tuition fees is held annually from July 15 to August 31 on the website. It is held according to the list of popular specialties and areas of training in the energy industry. The list is posted on the website (Activity - Educational program - Training at the expense of subsoil users).

To fill out an electronic application, adult candidates must sign the “Consent to the collection and processing of personal data”. If the candidate is a minor, then the legal representative of the candidate must fill out the application "Consent to the collection and processing of personal data".

Conditions of participation in the competition for candidates entering and studying in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) Unconditional enrollment or study at an educational institution (if the student has no financial debt);

3) Compliance of academic performance with the following indicators:

- UNT/CT certificate 80 points or more;

- the candidate's average academic performance score of at least 4.0 (out of 5.0) for persons enrolled in the 1st (first) year of the bachelor's degree;

- GPA of at least 3.0 (B) for candidates who have completed the 1st (first) year of undergraduate studies;

- GPA of at least 3.33 (B+) for candidates who have completed their studies in 2-3 (second, third) undergraduate courses;

- GPA of at least 3.33 (B+) for candidates enrolled in all postgraduate courses.

The List of required documents:

1) Copy of ID card/birth certificate/passport with

indication of an individual identification number;

2) A copy of the document confirming the receipt of previous education and academic score (UNT / CT certificate or diploma) - for those who entered the 1st (first) course. Students present a transcript indicating the GRA for the previous year of study (in the case of a different system of knowledge assessment. Must be submitted a certificate certified by the academic part of the progress. GRA should be at least 3.0 (B) for students who have completed the 1st (first) year of undergraduate studies; not less than 3.33 (B+) for students who have completed 2-3 (second, third) undergraduate courses, as well as a GRA of at least 3.33 (B+) for students enrolled in all postgraduate education courses);

3) Certificate of family composition (only for families with many children);

4) Documentary evidence of one (or more) of the specified

categories, if any: low-income and (or) single-parent family, orphan, disabled person;

5) Certificate of enrollment in / on education (indicating: the cost of education for 1 (one) academic year for payment by legal entities, the course and form of education, the absence of financial debt) with a signature (on an official letterhead or a certified seal of the educational institution);

6) Copies of documents evidencing participation in competitions, Olympiads, etc. (in the presence of).
