Report on the Spartakiad from the party \"Amanat\"

On July 27, 2022, a competition called "National sport is our pride" was held as part of the "National Treasure" project of the "Amanat" party. The goal was to promote the Kazakh national games among the youth of the city, to familiarize young people with the national culture and increase the level of spiritual activity. The competition was held on the territory of the residential complex "House on Abay Street". Competitions in such types of national games as tug of war, "Togyz-kumalak" were included in the program of the competition. Several teams representing the students of the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism, the International University of Information Technologies, the Kazakhstan Engineering and Technology University and, of course, AUPET claimed the victory.

6 students: Madykhanov Muhammedrakhim, Zharylkasynov Yerkebulan, Shubai Ramazan, Mukhitdinov Dias, Darkhanov Ruslan and Kulzhanova Diana took part from our university. The youth of the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev, with great desire and faith in victory, demonstrated their enthusiasm and readiness to win. Having taken part in the competition, our team showed that our students know firsthand about the national games. The guys managed to prove it in practice. The team of the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism won the competition. AUPET students took 2nd place. Becoming second after a specialized university is a huge success!

All types of Kazakh national sports instill in young people such qualities as courage, masculinity, determination, inherent in a true patriot of their country. The National Youth Sports League for "Kokpar" operates under the patronage of AUPET and on its basis. Teams of 5 universities are included in the League: Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, Kazakh National Agrarian University, Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism, Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev, Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai.

We are very glad that our youth honors traditions and does not disregard the national heritage. After all, without knowing the past, it is impossible to build the future!
