Trainings for the teaching staff and students

G. Daukeev Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunication, as part of the implementation of the National Plan for Ensuring the Rights and Improving the Quality of Life of Persons with Disabilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, "barrier-free environment" regularly conducts trainings for the teaching staff and students.

On November 24, 2022, the psychological service of the university held another training for advisers to students with special health needs.

At the training, advisors were informed about the rights of students with disabilities, the procedure for conducting midterm controls and exams for this category of students. During the training, advisors were able to "feel" the difficulties faced by students with special health needs. In the process of live communication between psychologists and advisor teachers, answers were found to the most pressing questions related to the educational process and the process of adaptation of students with disabilities in the social environment.
