Associate Professor of the Department of Telecommunications and Innovative Technologies Khizirova Muhabbat Abdisattarovna celebrates her 50th birthday on February 5, 2023.

Mukhabbat Abdisattarovna was born on February 5, 1973 in the village of Baiseit, Chilik district, Alma-Ata region.

Khizirova Mukhabbat Abdisattarovna went to the secondary school named after I. Tairov in the village of Bayseit, Chilik district, Alma-Ata region in 1980 and graduated with a certificate of distinction in 1990.

Khizirova Mukhabbat Abdisattarovna worked as a 2nd category seamstress at the Alma-Ata Hat Factory in Almaty from 1990 to 1991.

Khizirova Mukhabbat Abdisattarovna entered the Faculty of Physics of the Kazakh State National University named after Al-Farabi in 1991 and graduated with honors in 1996.

Khizirova Muhabbat Abdisattarovna worked as a second category engineer at the Scientific Research Institute of Experimental and Theoretical Physics at the Kazakh State National University named after Al-Farabi from June 1 to October 31, 1996.

In November 1996, Mukhabbat Abdisattarovna entered the full-time graduate school of the Faculty of Physics of the Kazakh State National University named after al-Farabi and graduated in December 1999.

During her postgraduate studies, Mukhabbat Abdisattarovna worked as a specialist of the first category at the Department “Nuclear Physics” of the Faculty “Physics” of the Kazakh State University named after al-Farabi (part-time) and at secondary school No. 77 of the Medeu district as a teacher of physics (part-time).

After graduating from graduate school, Khizirova Mukhabbat Abdisattarovna worked as a teacher of mathematics, informatics and computer technology at the Department “Public Health and Medical Informatics” of the Kazakhstan National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov from 1999 to 2001.

In September 2001, Khizirova Mukhabbat Abdisattarovna moved to work at the Almaty University of Technology and Business as a senior lecturer at the Department of General Education Disciplines.

While working at this University, Khizirova Mukhabbat Abdisattarovna defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences in the specialty "01.04.04-Physical electronics" in February 2002. The theme of the dissertation was: "Elimination of spherical aberration in orthogonal and quasi-orthogonal electron-optical systems" at Al-Farabi Kazakh State National University.

From October 2003 to March 2007 Khizirova Muhabbat Abdisattarovna worked as Deputy Dean of the Correspondence Faculty, Head of the Educational and Methodological Department and Head of the Department “Natural Science Disciplines” of the Almaty University of Technology and Business.

From March 2007 to May 2016 Khizirova Muhabbat Abdisattarovna worked as an associate professor of the departments of "Computer Engineering and Software of Information Systems", the Department "Natural Science Disciplines" and "Radio Engineering" of the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshpaev.

From August 25, 2016 to the present, Khizirova Muhabbat Abdisattarovna has been working as an associate professor at the Department “Telecommunications and Innovative Technologies” of the Non-Profit Joint Stock Company “Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev”.

During her professional career Khizirova M.A. has the following awards and promotions:

In 2005, she was awarded the diploma "For her contribution to the education of the young generation in patriotism and love for the Motherland, strengthening the friendship of the peoples of Kazakhstan, Almaty".

In 2011, she was awarded the certificate "On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", for her great contribution to the social and economic development of the Almaly district, her hard work in the performance of her official duties, and her high professional qualification and great responsibility, Almaty

In 2018 she was awarded the medal and the honorary title "Bilim take salasyn uzdigі"

Mukhabbat Abdisattarovna has written more than 65 scientific publications (including 7 in “Scopus” and 5 in “Thomson Raider”): 1 methodical development on credit technology of education for “Automation and Control. Safety Engineering.»; 2 textbooks and 4 guidelines for the discipline "PTI" (in Russian and Kazakh languages); 3 textbooks and 8 guidelines for the discipline "Physics"; 5 guidelines for the discipline "Theory of electrical communication"; 2 textbooks on the discipline "Theory of wireless communication" in Russian and Kazakh languages; 2 textbooks on the discipline "Theory of electrical communication" in Russian and Kazakh languages; 3 guidelines for the disciplines "FUNDAMENTALS OF DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING IN TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS", "Simulator power supply system for engineering"; 2 textbooks on the discipline "Fundamentals of building a telecommunications system" in Russian and Kazakh languages and 1 textbook on "Thermal Power Plants" in English.

          Khizirova M.A. regularly participates in competitions for grant funding of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (5 applications were submitted). Khizirova Muhabbat Abdisattarovna participates on the theme of grant funding of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the leadership of Yakubova M.Z. from November 01, 2022

Since 2022, Khizirova Mukhabbat Abdisattarovna has been a member of the laboratory “Cyber-Physical Systems and Smart Technologies” under the leadership of Utepbergenova I.T.

          Khizirova Mukhabbat Abdisattarovna Is the author of the development of educational programs and test tasks commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

          Khizirova Mukhabbat Abdisattarovna She is an editor of the journal "AUPET Bulletin" and educational and methodological works in the disciplines of the university departments.
