Aues International Aerospace Competition (AIAC) I International Forum

The Non-profit Joint Stock Company “Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after G. Daukeyev” announces the holding of the I International Forum “Aues International Aerospace Competition (AIAC)” dedicated to the Day of Science Workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the International Day of Human Spaceflight.

The purpose of the International Forum is to provide scientists, practitioners, representatives of commercial organizations, businessmen and government representatives with the opportunity to freely exchange information and opinions on theory and practice in space technologies, telecommunications, IT technologies, as well as discussion and applied solutions of space technologies for basic industries and services (mining, oil and gas, metallurgy, electric power, telecom, automobile, railway and aviation transport, agricultural, finance, tourism, etc.).

Kazakhstani and foreign scientists, representatives of specialized research institutes, scientific and design institutes, educational institutions and organizations, investors, manufacturers and developers of space technologies, experts, heads of professional public associations, spin-off companies and start-up studios, schoolchildren, students and undergraduates, aimed at for the implementation of new concepts, programs and projects in the field of space exploration are invited to participate in the Forum.

The Forum will cover the following issues: hardware and software, instruments, and components of space technology; methods and technologies of remote sensing of the Earth; development of scientific and experimental base for research of deep and near space; development of rocket technologies and ground infrastructure. The forum will also be attended by schoolchildren, undergraduates and master students who will present design works on the topic of space technologies.

Dates: April 7-8, 2023

Venue: Almaty city, Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after G. Daukeyev, Baitursynov str. 126/1.

Working languages: Kazakh, Russian, English.

Format of the event: offline, online (Zoom with live broadcast on YouTube)
