Coordination meeting of ACESYRI project teams \"Advanced Centre for PhD Students and Young Researchers in Informatics\" University of Žilina (Slovakia)

In the first week of April this year, the AIMS project management team of the  ERASMUS+  program took part in the coordination meeting of european and Kazakhstani partner universities of the ACESYRI project "Advanced Centre for PhD Students and Young Researchers in Informatics" (reg. no.  610166-EPP-1-2019-1-SK-EPPKA 2-CBHE-JP) (Project Management Team) (https://ic.aues.kz/ru/site/project?id=7), held at the University of  Žilina (Slovakia).

Dean of the Faculty of Management and Informatics prof. Ing. Emil Kršák addressed the project participants with a welcoming speech. , project coordinators Prof. Elena Zaitseva and Vitaly Levashenko.  The universities presented reports on work packages, discussed the results of the activities carried out to meet the quality assurance criteria of the project.  The AUEC team, the leader of the WP6 package "Dissemination of Project Results",  developed and presented the "Strategy for disseminating project results and measures to ensure their sustainability" for all project teams.  All work packages on the project (WP2,  WP 3, WP 4, WP5, WP 7) were discussed during the meeting.  The speakers are responsible leaders of the project packages. Private team members  in the FRI laboratory of  the  University of Žilina underwent a two-day training on the use of the functionality of the  ACESYRI portal.

All teams reported on the work carried out during the reporting period on each work package, participated in question and answer sessions. During the discussions, proposals were made for the development of the portal, for deepening the partnership of universities, for the dissemination and recognition of the results and achievements of the project, ensuring the quality and monitoring processes,  procedures and possible risks in the implementation of work packages of the entire project to ensure its sustainability.
