Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev (AUPET) took part in the exhibition of scientific and innovative achievements of Kazakhstan universities

Representatives of the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev (AUPET) took part in the exhibition of scientific and innovative achievements of Kazakhstani universities on April 13, 2023. The event was organized at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Inventions and results of scientific research of AUPET scientists and students of PhD programs were presented at the exhibition. Vice-rector for scientific and innovative activities Saukhimov Almaz Abzhalievich told about the work of an improved model of a hot-water boiler; a model of a digital substation, which provides digital control of information flows.

Professor of the Department "Automation and Control" Utepbergenov Irbulat Turemuratovich demonstrated a complex automated system for the calculation and manufacture of transformers.

Among the scientific developments of the university, the monograph "Decarbonization of the extractive industries of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was presented. The results of research in the field of global energy transition and transformation of the economy in order to achieve its sustainability in the context of adaptation to climate change were presented in a monograph.
