The results of the implementation of Sustainability Living Lab projects

On March 28-29, 2023, the results of the implementation of SLL projects were held at Nazarbayev University, and there was  also an exchange of experience among the winners of various projects.

The Sustainability Living Lab program is supported by Chevron and is aimed at implementing research and innovative projects in the field of sustainable development on campus with the involvement of students, professors and employees of Nazarbayev University.

At the conference the AUPET was presented by the winners of startup projects such as:

1. Startup project "Smart Plasticomat" - scientific supervisor Ph. D, Associate Professor of AUPET, Mukasheva A.K., and student of the Public Enterprise "Information Security Systems" Daulet Shyngys won a grant for the development of plasticomat.
2. Startup project "Improving the energy efficiency of campuses on the basis of digitalization" - scientific supervisor  Sagyndykova Sh.
3. Startup project "Utilization and practical application of plastic waste" - scientific supervisor Akhmetkhaliev R.
4. Startup project "Smart Wardrobe" - scientific supervisor Meimankozhaev Zh.

On the first day of the conference, the organizers of the event held a number of scientific lectures by leading professors, on the second day the participants were given the opportunity to present the results of their work.
