 The end date of check–into the dormitory is September 15.

  • Applicants and beneficiaries will be settled from August 25;
  • The 2nd course will be settled from August 30;
  • The 3rd course will be settled from September 03;
  • The 4th year is settled from September 07.

 1. Who can live in AUPET dormitories?
Students studying under the state educational order or on a full-fee basis and who came from remote regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as citizens of foreign countries, have the right to live in the dormitories of the university.

2. Who has an advantage when checking in?
First, the following categories of students are provided with places in the dormitory:

  • persons left without parental care at the time of reaching the age of majority;
  • persons with disabilities from among the disabled of group I, II and III, disabled children, or if there are parents with disabilities of group I and II (both or one);
  • persons from among rural youth enrolled in specialties that determine the socio-economic development of the village;
  • students studying under a state educational order or on a full-fee basis and who came from remote regions of the Republic;
  • applicants and students from large families with 3 or more children under the age of 18, in addition to the student who is not more than 21 years old during the study period.

3. What and which categories have benefits?
The accommodation fee is not charged to applicants and students from among:

  • orphaned children;
  • children with special educational needs (According to the rules for assessing special educational needs, the Order of the MES of the RK dated 12.01.22, Disabled since childhood);
  • children left without parental care and under guardianship (guardianship),

Note: Applicants and students eligible for benefits are required to additionally submit scans and copies of the following documents:

  • certificate of disability of parents or one of the family members;
  • parents' death certificate;
  • your birth certificate and birth certificates of your younger siblings;
  • students who are registered for diseases that give the right to benefits, if there are supporting documents: - MAB certificate form No. 026 or No. 027;
  • Students with disabilities of groups 1,2 and 3 in the presence of supporting documents: - up-to-date certificate of disability;
  • other documents confirming the provision of benefits;
  • In the case of providing documents in an inadequate volume and an incomplete list, benefits are not provided.
  • If documents are submitted later, benefits are provided from the moment of renegotiation of the Contract, previously paid amounts are not refunded.

4. What documents do I need to provide to check into the dormitory (bring with me)?
The following documents must be submitted:

  • Identification card (copies - 3 pieces);
  • 3\\4 photo - 3 pieces;
  • fluorography (the validity period is not more than 10 months);
  • № 075-У medical certificate.

5. What procedure is provided for when providing places in the dormitory?
The basis for the provision of places in the dormitory is an application (of a standard sample addressed to the rector).
The application is submitted:

  • to the University's website; (all required documents are attached in scanned form)
  • all applicants and students who have submitted applications are notified of the decision taken by the commission. through the Platonus portal or by posting an order on the official social pages of the university.
  • notification of refusal or satisfaction of the application submitted by the applicant is provided no later than 2-3 working days.
  • applicants and students whose applications have been approved by the commission for the allocation of places in the dormitories of the AUPET are signed in Lease Agreements.
  • after signing the Contract and making the first payment (at least 1 month of stay), the applicant has the right to move into the dormitory.

6. The order of settlement in the dormitory

  • A student who has received a referral (contract) for a place in a dormitory is obliged to check into the dormitory within 3 working days.
  • If it is impossible to check in on time, the student is obliged to inform the directorate of his institute.
  • In case of non-compliance with paragraph 1, the direction for settlement, the contract is canceled, and the student loses the right to move into the dormitory. Control over timely check-in is assigned to the directorates of institutes together with the heads of dormitories.
  • The settlement process is monitored by the directors of the institutes DAILY.
  • Students who have submitted applications for a place in a University Dormitory in a timely manner, at the beginning of the academic year, but have not received a place in a dormitory, can apply for it as seats become available during the academic year.
  • Moving from one dormitory to another during the academic year is PROHIBITED.
  • 7. Payment of the security deposit.
     According to clause 3.6 of the Tenancy Agreement, the Tenant (student) together with the first payment, it pays the Landlord (AUPET) an insurance deposit in the amount of 30,000 tenge, which will cover possible damage caused to the dormitory through the fault of the Employer.
    In accordance with clause 3.7, the accounting department of the University returns the deposit funds at the end of the academic year.

    8. Insurance deposit refund procedure;
    The employer (student) writes an application in any form addressed to the vice-rector for SEW Kadylbekov E.K. to the directorate of his institute.

    The accounting department of the University makes a refund of the deposit funds at the end of the academic year.
    The list of documents that must be specified and attached in the application;

  • Full name.
  • Your IIN.
  • Bank's current account.
  • Copies of payment documents for accommodation in the dormitory (receipts).
