Energo University Student at the XIX Asian Summer Games: Participation in Olympic and Non-Olympic Sports\"

In the Chinese city of Hangzhou, the XIX Asian Summer Games are taking place. This year, from September 23rd to October 8th, 524 athletes from Kazakhstan (262 men and 262 women) will participate in 30 different sports. Among them, 27 are part of the Olympic program, while the remaining three are involved in non-Olympic sports.

This marks the eighth time in our country's history that we have participated in such a significant event. Additionally, one of our students from the Institute of Telecommunications and Space Engineering, Asemkhan Isakhano, competed against a Mongolian athlete in a jiu-jitsu competition held on October 5th in the under-48 kg weight category. The match ended in a draw (2:2).
