Leading psychologists of Almaty held a workshop for students at Energo University

Within the walls of Energo University, leading psychologists of Almaty universities held a Psycho express workshop for students, where they presented unique methods aimed at comprehensive personal development to students.

Psycho express introduced students to such areas of psychology as neuro graphics, art therapy, metaphorical associative maps, existential analysis and logotherapy, reality therapy, projective techniques, drawing tests and individual consultations.

- Not everyone is ready to go to the psychologist's office with their problems, - explain the psychologists of Energo University. – Such events contribute to the popularization of psychology, demonstrate its importance and usefulness for everyone. This format allows you to reach a larger number of students.

The participants were able to get acquainted with all the techniques personally, noting the ones suitable for themselves, and immediately testing them in practice. This helped them to better understand themselves, their desires and needs, to outline goals and vectors of personal growth.

Psycho express is one of the formats of the Safe Environment project, created on the initiative of Energo University in 2022. Then the university initiated the creation of the Coordinating Council of University Psychological Services in Almaty, focused on the prevention of destructive behavior among students. The initiative of Energo University was supported by the Akimat of Almaty, the Departments of Public Development and Religious Affairs, the Center for Monitoring and Analysis of the DSD, the CRS.
