A solemn reception in honor of the Day of the Power Engineer was held at Energo University

During the event, the university's industrial partners, among whom there are many graduates of Energo University, and teachers who have made a personal contribution to the development of the university and the training of personnel for the energy industry, were awarded letters of thanks.
Vice-Rector for Academic Work Aigul Sarenova and Director of the Institute of Energy and Green Technologies Ainur Begimbetova delivered a congratulatory speech.
The Department for Work with graduates presented plans to create an Alumni Club, and employees of the Institute of Energy and Green Technologies organized a quest to learn the basics of the profession.
Modern energy is an important complex industry, without which it is impossible to imagine the existence of society today. Energo University students studying in this field gain knowledge about the generation, transmission and distribution of electrical and thermal energy.
Energo University has many years of experience in training specialists for almost all enterprises of the electric power industry, as well as in providing consulting services in assessing energy efficiency and energy saving, performing technical and economic evaluation of projects, developing programs and projects for modernization and reconstruction of energy facilities.
The University implements educational programs in electric power engineering, thermal power engineering, energy audit and energy management, energy supply of oil and gas pumping complexes, etc. In total, more than 2000 students study in these areas. Many choose these specialties, continuing the work of the family labor dynasty.
It is noteworthy that on the day of the celebration of the professional holiday, Energo University opened the only SIEMENS Training Center in Central Asia, designed to conduct seminars, trainings, laboratory work on relay protection, automation and digitalization in the electric power industry.
