A Week of psychology was held at Energo University
From February 12 to 16, Energo University hosted Psychology Week, organized by the university's psychological service. Throughout the five days, students, teachers, and staff participated in events aimed at stimulating positive emotions and maintaining psychological well-being.
The project included:
Training sessions for students on "Developing Emotional Intelligence," "Me and the World Around Me," "I Understand, I Trust"
A training session for teachers and staff on "Prevention and Correction of Emotional Burnout in Professional Activity"
Psycho Express – psychological counseling for students
neurographics, mandala, and art therapy
an essay competition on the topic "How I See Myself in 5 Years"
psychogymnastics for relieving tension and stress by clinical psychologists from the Medical Center for Health
a seminar on "Prevention of Early Pregnancy" with participation from an obstetrician-gynecologist of the "Asmed-2" Medical Center
a creative event "Tree of Life," diagnostics "Mood Meter," a column "Ask a Psychologist," "Write and Let Go."
