Energo University has announced the winners of the DAUKEYEV reading contest

On April 16, at Energo University (Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev), the finale of the DAUKEYEV reading contest took place, organized by the department of postgraduate education. The contest aims to develop and increase the publication activity among the university's master's students. The project defenses were held in a public talk format.
Welcoming the DAUKEYEV reading participants, Syzdykov Murat - the rector of Energo University, emphasized the importance for the university that master's students have opportunities to speak and publish, thereby preparing for a serious research career.
The places were distributed as follows:
1st place - Gaukhar Temirova Zhaleladinkyz
2nd place - Amir Gubaidullin Shamilevich
3rd place - Damira Kaldybek Asylbekkyzy
The winners received vouchers of the following amounts: 1,000,000 KZT for 1st place, 750,000 KZT for 2nd place, and 500,000 KZT for 3rd place. The vouchers can be used to pay for the publication of scientific articles in international journals.
External observers were present at the DAUKEYEV reading— Kenesov Akezhan, the chairman of the youth wing "Zhastar Rukhy" of Almaty, and Kozhakhmetov Zhanabi, the head of the youth wing of the Almaty city branch of the «People’s Party of Kazakhstan». They gave a positive evaluation of the event.
