Akim of Almaty and Rector of Energo University discussed the prospects for the development of the university
Rector of the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev (Energo University) Gani Nygymetov reported to the Akim of Almaty Yerbolat Dosayev on plans for the development of one of the oldest educational institutions in the city.
During the working meeting, the head of the university told the mayor about the prospects for the development of the university, touched upon the topic of training qualified personnel for the needs of the rapidly growing economy of Almaty and plans for infrastructural changes to the Energo University campus, designed to make it an attractive urban environment.

Yerbolat Dosayev noted the importance of the university for the city and expressed his willingness to support the initiatives of the university management.
