Energo University has conducted advanced training courses for teachers specializing in \"Biotechnical and Medical Systems and Devices\"

Specialists from "Ordamed" conducted a training session for the teachers of the "Biotechnical and Medical Systems and Devices" educational program, which has been implemented at Energo University (Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev) since 2022.

"Ordamed" is the largest supplier and manufacturer of medical equipment in Kazakhstan. This year, the company opened a medical technology training laboratory at Energo University and provided equipment worth over 100,000 euros free of charge. This laboratory is used in the educational process of the "Biotechnical and Medical Systems and Devices" program. Among the transferred equipment are-  a ventilator, electrocardiographs, an incubator and others.

The company's specialists conducted training on the commissioning, maintenance and repair of medical equipment, which will be used in the study of such academic subjects as "Technical methods of diagnostic research", "Medical appliance, systems and devices", "Maintenance and repair of medical equipment" and "Information display systems".

The next advanced training courses for Energo University teachers will be conducted by "Ordamed" specialists in August.

The collaboration between the university and this company, as well as other partners, will allow students to acquire the necessary knowledge and practical skills in all subjects of the "Biotechnical and Medical Systems and Devices" educational program, which is conducted at the "Automation and Control" department of the Institute of Automation and Information Technologies.
