LO-2. Capable of enhancing and developing intellectual level through knowledge of philosophy of science, higher education pedagogy, foreign languages, and management psychology. Able to independently acquire new knowledge and broaden scientific worldview.
LO-3. Demonstrates theoretical and practical knowledge in modern diagnostics and testing of power equipment, improving reliability and quality of electricity, and electromagnetic compatibility in power systems.
LO-4. Proficient in digital automatic control systems in power systems and electric drives, programming, diagnostics and tuning of frequency-controlled drives, and conducting research using MATLAB Simulink.
LO-5. Demonstrates knowledge of operating modes calculations of power plants and electrical networks, loss reduction methods, line element calculations, surge protection, modern relay protection, and emergency automation.
LO-6. Shows project management skills for implementing tools and methods for power system stability, modernization of equipment, automation, and efficient operation of power stations and networks.
