Goals

Training of highly qualified specialists in the field of telecommunications who have theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for their implementation in professional activities, who are competitive specialists in demand in the domestic and international labor markets.

  • ON-1. Demonstrate and apply basic mathematical, physical and other natural science knowledge, as well as the theoretical foundations of electrical engineering, electrical circuits and electromagnetic waves in an interdisciplinary context to solve problems

  • ON-2. Demonstrate the ability to use electronic and microprocessor base in telecommunication systems, as well as calculate and select measuring instruments.

  • ON-3. Demonstrate the ability to use modern computer, information technology, digital technology and software in telecommunications; demonstrate skills in modeling work in telecommunications networks, skills in protecting telecommunications networks.

  • ON-4 Demonstrate the ability to develop structural and functional schemes of multichannel, mobile, broadband and satellite information transmission systems; the ability to choose optimal design solutions at all stages of the design process. 

  • ON-5. Demonstrate the ability to acquire new, expand and deepen previously acquired knowledge, skills and competencies in various areas of life necessary for successful implementation in the field of professional activity, including at the junction of different areas of activity and fields of sciences

  • ON-6. Demonstrate skills in planning, designing, implementing and operating telecommunications networks and systems, their technical, information and software using CAD

  • ON-7. Demonstrate skills in installation, commissioning, configuration and pilot testing of certain types of complex devices, systems and telecommunications networks in laboratory conditions and on-site

  • ON-8 Analyze the results of the activities of the production unit, develop organizational, technological and accounting documentation, and apply knowledge on occupational safety and health at the workplace.

  • ON-9 Possess the basics of social and economic knowledge, methods and methods of planning and organizing production, have a scientific understanding of management, marketing, finance, possess decision-making skills of an economic and organizational nature in conditions of uncertainty and risk.

  • ON-10 To master the basics of language knowledge, listening, reading, writing skills and show positive results when passing standardized testing in a foreign language
