ON10 Develops energy and resource saving measures, carry outs energy inspections of industrial enterprises, adapts new energy-saving technologies in thermal power engineering
ON11 Carry outs calculations of thermal schemes, heat and power equipment according to standard methods, uses computer programs in accordance with the terms of reference, makes informed decisions when choosing heat and power equipment, developing thermal schemes of heat and power systems
ON12 Organizes workplaces and their technical equipment, to exercise control over technological discipline, analyzes the results of the activities of the production unit, develops organizational, technological and reporting documentation
ON13 Applies theoretical and practical knowledge to solve educational, practical and professional tasks in the field of study; knows the methods of scientific research and academic writing and applies them in the field of study; understands the implications of the principles and culture of academic integrity
- The field of professional activity is heat energy as an integral part of technology, which includes a set of means, ways and methods of human activity created to generate and apply heat, control its flows and convert various types of energy into the heat.
- Graduates who has completed a bachelor's degree program can work at thermal and nuclear power plants, in industrial and engineering companies engaged in the design, service, testing, repair and adjustment, supply and sale of basic and auxiliary equipment for thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, heating networks, measuring instruments and automation systems; in research organizations; educational institutions of higher and secondary education.
