ON1 Performs a professional function in the field of information and communication technologies, researches mathematical models, performs mathematical calculations, applies the basics of computer graphics (autocad, solid works) in solving problems of water supply and water treatment; provides the implementation of various types of digital technology and application software (MathCAD, AutoCAD, Labview, SCADA) for operation, modeling, design of technological processes of water management, water treatment and evaluates the economic efficiency of the implementation of information technologies

ON2 Uses communication technologies in Kazakh, Russian, and foreign languages ​​to solve problems of interpersonal and intercultural interaction, for self-education and solving professional problems

ON3 Demonstrates and applies basic mathematical, scientific, economic and legal knowledge in an interdisciplinary context to solve engineering problems in the professional field

ON4 Demonstrates and applies basic knowledge to work with water treatment equipment in order to ensure efficiency and safety in technological processes of water use. It carries out calculation and experimental activities in order to ensure the efficiency of water treatment equipment at industrial enterprises, uses scientific and technical information, domestic and foreign experience in the operation of technological facilities in the field of water use

ON5 Provides technical equipment of workplaces with placement of equipment, determines technical condition and residual resource of equipment. Possesses practical skills in calculation and selection of water treatment equipment, conducts measurements and control, organizes work on installation, adjustment and operation of new equipment

ON6 Uses standard calculation methods when designing parts and equipment units based on hydraulic laws; heat and mass exchange and thermodynamics, takes part in calculation, design and modernization of technological equipment, preparation of project, technical, design and technological documentation; applies norms and rules of industrial and environmental safety, industrial sanitation, fire safety and labor protection in the field of water use

ON7 Performs metrological maintenance of systems and installations of water treatment equipment, automated control of technological processes at industrial enterprises within the limits of the assigned powers; demonstrates knowledge of basic legislative and regulatory acts on industrial and environmental safety, labor protection and civil protection, ethical principles and anti-corruption culture

ON8 Organizes the work of the team of performers, prepares technical documentation, prepares reporting documentation on the quality management system of the enterprise, analyzes the results of the activities of production divisions in the field of water supply and water treatment. Demonstrates the ability to economically substantiate measures to improve the production activity of the enterprise and achieve profitability, assesses risks and economic damage

ON9 Implements labor protection measures, implements measures to protect production personnel from possible consequences of accidents, develops measures for energy and resource saving, performs energy surveys of industrial enterprises, adapts new energy-saving technologies in systems of water supply complexes on the basis of knowledge of physico-chemical and technical properties of construction materials

ON10 Makes scientific-technical and organizational decisions on the implementation of the results of scientific-technical and project-design developments on the construction of technological installations for water treatment and water treatment

ON11 Independently selects, uses and tests new models of technological equipment and applies progressive methods of operating technological devices and installations in order to protect against corrosion wear

ON12 Applies theoretical and practical knowledge to solve educational, practical and professional tasks in the field of study; knows the methods of scientific research and academic writing and applies them in the field of study; understands the implications of the principles and culture of academic integrity
