Goals

The aim of the educational program “Systems Engineering” is to provide high-quality training of highly qualified competitive specialists ready for professional activities in the field of electronic equipment, telecommunications and renewable energy.

1. Have the ability for self-improvement and self-development, mastering new knowledge throughout one’s active life. 2. Carry out research and management activities; possess humanitarian culture, ethical and legal norms regulating the attitude towards man, society and the environment. 3. Understand the importance of information and computer technologies in the development of modern civilization, social and philosophical problems of technology, the purpose of engineering and technical activities, its moral and humanistic meaning.

4. Be able to adapt to constantly changing social, economic and other conditions; be mobile and receptive to improvements in technology and engineering.

5. Be able to carry out a critical analysis of problem situations based on a systems approach, and develop an action strategy

6. Know the circuitry of analog and digital devices, the laws of control and regulation of automatic systems,

7. Be able to apply various methods of modeling engineering systems, as well as methods of numerical and computer solutions used in industrial and engineering environments

8. Know the basics of the technology of production of devices, systems and complexes, the possibilities of computer technologies, methods and means of computer graphics.

9. Be able to design devices, instruments and systems of electronic engineering taking into account the specified requirements

10. Be able to develop technical specifications for telecommunications and energy systems using specialized automated design systems.

11. Be able to conduct information searches and develop research methods; write abstracts, essays, summaries, literature reviews, scientific articles; create and edit reports and presentations.
