Karshegenov Altynbek Tleugalievich

Altynbek Tuleugalievich Karshyegenov was born on October 10, 1977, in Atyrau.

In 1999, he graduated from the Almaty Institute of Energy and Communications (AIEC), Faculty of Thermal Power Engineering, with a degree in Economics and Management at Communications Enterprises, qualification — engineer-economist.

After completing compulsory military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he began his professional career in the energy sector. Over the years, he advanced from a managerial position to Commercial Director.

Since 2010, he has held senior management positions within the energy system of the Akmola Region. He has extensive practical experience and has been involved in addressing complex operational and production challenges.

From 2016 to 2021, he served as a deputy of the city maslikhat. In 2021, he was elected as a deputy of the Akmola Regional Maslikhat of the VII convocation.

For his significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the Akmola Region, he was awarded the Order of “Kurmet” and departmental honors.
