Tyutebaev Serik Suinbekovich

Senior Advisor to the Chairman of the Executive Board, Samruk-Energo JSC

Serik Suinbekovich Tyutebaev was born on May 27, 1958.
In 1981, he graduated from the Almaty Institute of Energy with a degree in Thermal Power Engineering. In 2000, he earned a second degree in Economics and Enterprise Management in the Fuel and Energy Sector from the same institute.

1981–1983 – Assistant commissioning supervisor at SredneAzEnergoMontazh.
1983–1984 – Engineer at the Department of Labor Protection and Environmental Safety, Almaty Institute of Energy.
1984–1998 – Worked at CHP-2 in Almaty as turbine equipment operator, senior turbine operator, shift supervisor, and head of the turbine shop; later served as Chief Engineer and Managing Director of “Almaty Power Consolidated” JSC.
2007–2010 – Managing Director of CHP-2 at “Almaty Power Stations” JSC.
2010–2011 – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of “Almaty Power Stations” JSC.
2011–2013 – Head of the Department of Energy and Public Utilities of Almaty city.
2013–2014 – Deputy Chairman for Production at “SEVKAZENERGO” JSC.
2014–2016 – Head of the “Generation” Division at “Samruk-Energo” JSC.
2016–2022 – Managing Director for Production and Asset Management at “Samruk-Energo” JSC.
Since June 2022 – Acting Chairman of the Management Board of “Samruk-Energo” JSC.

Awarded the honorary title “Distinguished Power Engineer of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
