Musin Batyrbek Bazarbaevich
Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board, JSC “Pavlodar River Port”
Bagdat Batyrbekovich Musin was born on March 3, 1983, in Ekibastuz, Pavlodar Region, Kazakhstan.
He graduated from AUEI, Faculty of Electromechanics, with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1982. In 2004, he graduated from Suleyman Demirel University with a degree in Computer Engineering and Software. In 2006, he graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Law and International Relations with a degree in Law.
Since 2004, he has been working in the field of information technology and public administration, advancing from Chief Engineer-Programmer to Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2020–2024).
Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at JSC “National Information Technologies”, JSC “Kazpost”, the General Prosecutor’s Office of Kazakhstan, and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan. Since June 10, 2024, he has served as Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Kazakhtelecom” and also serves as Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Pavlodar River Port”.
For his contribution to the development of the digital sector and modernization of public services, he has been awarded the medals “For Distinguished Labor” and “20 Years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. He speaks Kazakh, Russian, English, and Turkish.
