Gulnara Batzhanovna Isabekova is a recognized professional in the energy sector with extensive experience. She graduated in 1984 from Almaty Institute of Energy, Faculty of Power Engineering, specializing in Electrical Power Engineering.

She is an active entrepreneur, founder and CEO of JSC “SJS COMPANY”, registered in Almaty.

Since 2015, she has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Almaty University of Energy and Power Systems (AUES), actively contributing to the development of her Alma Mater and supporting the university’s educational initiatives.
