Agybayev Madi Shyngyskhanovich

Madi Shyngyskhanovich Agybayev is a recognized systems engineer with international experience, an expert in energy efficiency, author of a professional book, and a dedicated mentor. His work bridges the fields of scientific development, implementation of innovative energy solutions, and education.

He graduated from the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications (AUES) in 2013 with a degree in Automation and Information Technologies. He also holds a Master’s degree in Technical Sciences.

Madi completed an international internship on energy efficiency in Lower Saxony, Germany, through the German Management Academy (DMAN).

Since 2013, he has been actively involved in the field of energy saving and resource metering, accumulating over 15 years of experience in measurement and automation systems.

He is the author of the book “Energy Saving KZ”, published by SAVENERGY, which offers practical approaches for reducing electricity consumption in industry and daily life.

From 2017 to 2018, he led the SMART street lighting project in Atyrau, an initiative that introduced intelligent lighting systems as part of the city’s modernization.

Since 2021, he has been heading Alem EPC LLP, a company delivering qualified engineering and construction services in Almaty.

Currently, he serves as the Technical Director of RIZA GLOBAL LLP, focusing on energy technologies and digital transformation solutions.
