Ainura Kamidollaevna Sergaziyeva

Deputy Chairperson of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs

Ainura Kamidollaevna Sergaziyeva was born on June 23, 1991.

She holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Technical Sciences in the field of Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunications from the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications.

She began her professional career in 2010 at the same university, where she worked until 2015 in various positions related to academic coordination and student affairs.

From 2016 to 2018, she continued her work in the digital sector at JSC "National Information Technologies" as a specialist and lead specialist.

Between 2018 and 2022, she held several senior positions at the National Infocommunication Holding "Zerde", including project manager, program manager, head of government programs, executive secretary, and managing director.

Since January 31, 2022, Ainura Sergaziyeva has been serving as the Deputy Chairperson of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, overseeing the digital transformation of public service.
